Within 48 business hours of ordering your DAD Deck™, a DAD Deck representative will reach out to you to confirm your order and set up your DAD Deck delivery day. Typically, your DAD Deck ships within 4 to 6 weeks. If you have selected during your order processing to have HBC Decks install your deck, your installation will be scheduled at that same time (usually the same day as your DAD deck delivery day).

The innovative DAD Deck kit comes with the standard Bison pedestal system (additional extensions available for purchase for more sloped areas) to level your DAD Deck, the joist system for your DAD Deck, the DAD Deck Trex boards, and the hardware (screws, plugs, etc.) required to assemble your DAD Deck kit. The tools required to put together your DAD Deck kit are not included (as many households already have the required tools), but we offer a tool kit during the checkout process if you don’t have the required tools (Drill, hammer, tape measure, level, flat bar, pencil, chalk line).

Your DAD Deck™ kit comes with the Bison pedestal system that allows for a total height difference across the span of your DAD Deck of 2 ¾” (for the 10’x10’ DAD Deck that’s a 1.5-degree slope correction and for the 12’x12’ DAD Deck that’s a 1-degree slope correction). This means from the highest point to the lowest point of the area you want to put your DAD Deck there can be a 2 ¾” maximum difference. If you have a greater difference than this, please give us a call and there are adjustable couplers you can purchase for greater slopes.
